Barbecued bruschetta





K-Food barbecued bruschetta is now in a limelight of a new concept of food with toppings of Italian traditional cuisine, Bruschetta, replaced with barbecued beef and is also well harmonized with special tastes and nutrition with crispy baguette, barbecued beef, cheese, and sliced beat. Many people think of it as a food requiring complicated cooking steps, but singer Kim So Jung, a girl that used to hate cooking before, ended up conveniently making it well. Here is the challenge for you all!



Ingredients

Beef (for barbequed beef) 330g, 8 pieces of baguette, 10g of peanut powder, 20g of grano padano shred, 1/2c of olive oil, 5g of sliced beat, barbecued beef marinade (2T of soy sauce, 1T of cooking wine, 1 1/2T of sugar, 1/2T of oligosaccharide, 1T squashed onion, 1T of squashed pear, 1/2T crushed garlic, 1t sesame oil, 1/4t ginger juice, salt, and black pepper powder)


Recipe

1. Mixed barbecued marinade ingredients in an appropriate proportion in advance. 

2. Barbecued beef is sliced in a proper size after removing stain with kitchen towel and placed in the marinade. 

3. Smear olive oil on the front and back of baguette, toast it on the dry pan, and cook with marinated beef.

4. Put beef on the toasted baguette and also grano padano to complete the food with toppings of sliced beat.





Plum melon ball punch





Plum serves as a role of emptying intestine and reducing cholesterol to be very effective in diet. In addition, it also promotes functions of liver and kidney supporting to recover from fatigue and hang-over and also be effective in detoxification of the body that relives diseases such as food poisoning and stomachache. It is a Korean-style non-alcohol beverage designed for taste and health at the same time by applying one of the Korean people's favorite, plum, to the punch that is popular among people in western world. With a simple recipe, it is highly recommended to make this beverage to stay cool.



Ingredients

3oz of plum juice, 1 melon ball (plate), 50g of melon ball (pulp), 60g pf pineapple, 4 balls of cherry (40g), 250ml of carbonated water, 1/2 slice of lemon, proper amount of ice, and 1 leaf of apple mint.


Recipe

1. Slice the melon to a half size, remove seeds inside, and scoop it in a circular form with melon baller, and prepare melon ball .

2. Scoop pulp left in melon after removing melon ball and make a melon plate with it. 

3. Clean cherry and remove peel and seeds of pineapple in a proper size to eat. 

4. Mix carbonated water and plum juice in a pitcher sized container and pour it in a melon plate after absorbing lemon well. 

5. Put previously prepared fruit and ice in the melon plate and float apple mint to finalize.
